HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Housekeeping (in line with the Mirage Residence Policy) is provided free of charge once a month.
Weekly Cleaning: In case you require additional weekly cleaning services that will keep your room clean and tidy there will be a charge of €10 per hour.
End of tenancy cleaning: This service is provided to avoid unnecessary charges at your end of tenancy period. This option costs 50 Euros and can be requested 3 working days before your departure date.
PARKING
Parking space is provided free for all residents. Visitors are not allowed to park within the dedicated building parking spaces.
PAYMENTS
OPTION 1
Full Payment in advance: In case you wish to pay the full rental period amount in advance you will receive 3% reduction.
* 1st September each year: Full payment
OPTION 2
Two Payment Instalments: In case you wish to pay the full rental period amount in two instalment you will receive
2% reduction.
* 1st September each year: 50% of the full payment
* 1st December each year: 50% of the full amount
OPTION 3
Three Payment Instalments: In case you wish to pay the full rental
period amount in three instalment you will receive 1% reduction.
* 1st September each year: 1/3 of the full amount,
* 1st December each year: 1/3 of the full amount
* 1st March of each year: 1/3 of the full amount
OPTION 4
Four Payment Instalments: The four instalments plan does not offer any reduction.
* 1st September each year: 25% of the full amount
* 1st November each year: 25% of the full amount
* 1st January of each year: 25% of the full amount
* 1st March of each year: 25% of the full amount
